BROOKINGS, S.D. – Indiana Wesleyan University qualified for three finals during the first day of competition at the 2019 NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships. The championship meet picks up in earnest on Friday as the Wildcats will partake in seven different events.

Men’s Distance Medley Relay     |     Steven Ott, Jarett Keffeler, Landon Miller, Jesse Saxton

SEMIS:  10:15.75, 6th of 13 – QUALIFIED FOR FINALS

FINALS:  Saturday at 5:40 PM ET

“It was a fun first day and I’m happy with how everyone competed. Three of the four events we competed in made finals and the one team that didn’t gained really valuable experience. They have a lot of potential so we are still excited to see them continue towards outdoor. The next two days of the meet are going to be very exciting.”
